Produce an S&F edition of your favorite Shakespeare plays and classical texts
Scripts include a comprehensive glossary, provide contextual information about the historical moment in which the play was written, contemporary scholarship, flexible casting, and staging suggestions.
All plays can be available in a 90 Minute and a 120 Minute version.
Additional edits can be provided at an additional cost.
Plays with music come with sheet music and pre-recorded accompaniment tracks may be purchased.

The S&F difference
Our method of approaching classical texts is collaborative and artist driven.
The adaptations of Shakespeare available here are workshopped in our rehearsal rooms and presented on the S&F stage.
We adapt for our company, our audience, and our time-- the adaptations available here are inclusive and representative, providing flexible casting solutions to fit your unique ensemble's needs, as well as adapting and finessing challenging plots and vocabulary for a contemporary audience.

Available scripts
All's Well That Ends Well
Produced by S&F in 2024, All's Well That Ends Well is one of Shakespeare's seldom produced "Problem Plays." This genre of play features complex character motivations and dramatic shifts in tone with dark, psychological themes.
A Midsummer Night's Dream
Shakespeare's classic romantic comedy and perhaps his most produced play. Produced by S&F in 2019 and 2025.
2025 version will include additional music by Terry Kitagawa
As You Like It
A gender bending, rule defying vacation of a play.
Cymbeline
Shakespeare's dark fairytale, complete with villainous royals, mistaken identity, and tested loyalty. Produced by S&F in 2018
Macbeth
The classic tale of ambition gone awry. Witches, murder, and deception are at the very center of this tragedy.
Much Ado About Nothing
Enemies-to-lovers and a strong ensemble cast. Much Ado About Nothing can be produced with as few as 8 actors (this version was done by S&F in 2022) or as many as 30.
This highly flexible play with its infamous "gulling" scenes is a crowd favorite.
Gulling, synonymous with fooling or tricking, refers to the plot to trick Beatrice and Benedick to fall in love with each other.
The Winter's Tale
Another problem play, The Winter's Tale was produced by S&F in 2023 and remains one of our audience's favorite plays we've ever produced.
